I have several original and replica steering wheels for sale.
I believe the one he is showing is a replica, but cannot be sure as the image is small and he gives no details.

What are the average prices for real vs. replica F1 wheels?

High quality replicas start at US$1500, whereas sophisticated originals (i.e the complicated years with buttons and paddles - 1996-2006) sell for $7000 and up, depending upon the year and team. Ferrari ones are quite a bit more....starting at $15 000.

I'm guessing the big price gap is just because it's a Ferrari wheel correct?

Yes. But prices on original items like these are not set in stone as I pay different amounts for them each time and they are damn hard to get. Last year the Sotheby's auction they sold an incomplete F2001 wheel for 62 000 Euros + commission = 69 000 Euros or about US$80 000. I sold the same wheel, but complete with electronics, for nearly half this price....
