1) Schumacher 2) Barichello 3) Badoer (Minardi forced to pull out so 3 cars per other teams) 4) Kimi 5) Alonso 6) Montoya
I got only one Oscar right on Sunday, so I quit the prediction business. The only bet I'm willing to make is, that it'll be one cool race. Pls let me be right on that...
WHAT??? this is suppose to be Ferrari Chat and not the Benz forum! Montoya and Kimi picked as first - where's your loyalty? Michael Rubens Alonso Button Kimi Webber (no Whinny Pablum in my choices) Carol
Qualifying: Webber MS KR RB JPM NH Race: KR RB JPM NH Whocares ... After Webber and MS make contact in the first corner! ... awesome drama. Picture this, both are bad starters but MS gets a slightly better outside run, Webber correctly holds his line and unlike the other poofs is not going to back off just because the almightly God MS is trying to pass him ... it gets tight and they bang wheels, unfortunately breaking wishbones and retiring. While many will say ... what you are an accident craving nutter, I see this different. This is the young championship contender standing up to the current dominate champion and clearly stating that he will take no **** from MS and will not sacrifice his position on the track for MS and just drive for points. He is there to win ... and atlast we have a real championship battle on our hands, ie. racing to win not just gathering points, RB style. MS already respects Webber, and this just further reinforces that he is a real player ... and the mind games start (awesome). Frank Williams is disappointed about the no finish result, but is smiling from ear to ear 'cause atlast he has a racing driver again, who races to win, does not moan and actually works hard ... and does not just turn up every 2 weeks expecting the car to be ready to win (ie. lazy RS and JPM). The world is excited again and can't wait for the next race, when again they both top the qualifying ... this time Webber gets the perfect start and we have a race long drama to watch. Pete ps: Living in hope of some excitement, not just point getting!
LOL Ok, here is my "prediction". Not a prediction really, but the results from my own race at home on the PC last night: 1. MS 2. Ralf (hey, I said it is not a prediction) 3. Kimi 4. Alonso 5. Rubens 6. Trulli Somehow the PC has a bias towards Toyota.
That Indian dude is gonna win, he's gonna have some donkeys pulling the car. 800+ hp Ferrari... pfft he's got ass power and thats like whoa power.
Loyalty? - just for engines?? - JV should have stayed in retirement and PM is not in my top 6. Loyalty is to Number One and Number Two - the "whole enchilada" as it were. Carol
Your comments reveal you ignorant and racist upbringing. In my opinion, Narain Karthikeyan has shown great resolve and determination to obtain a race seat in F1. Despite all the odds of coming from a developing nation with scarce resources, Narain Karthikeyan has succeeded in joining F1. So please forgive Narain Karthikeyan for not sitting in his parent's home and eating on their money while surfing the internet and typing racist comments!!!
Hi... I am Indian and I damn well proud of the guy. If I didn't love the red car I'd be rooting for him. My comment was made in jest, just like my prior comments about a monkey replacing Juan Pablo behind the wheel of the McLaren.
If you were really proud of Narain Karthikeyan, then you would not sell him short. By making such comments not only did you just prove that as an Indian you have no pride in your country, but also that you are not proud of a sportsman representing your country. No wonder, even with a billion people India does not generate gold medals in the Olympics. It is because they have fans and countrymen such as you to support them. Your lack of support is what hurts sports in your nation. You cannot expect the rest of the world to respect Indians and Indian sportsmen if you yourself make a mockery of it.
