Does anyone know the proper fluid? The manual says Dontax TX, which I cannot find anywhere in town. The previous owner overfilled the resivor fluid, which overflowed through the cap when the car got hot, so I emptied out the excess. Yesterday I went into the garage and noticed a small puddle under the car, pink fluid, and now the tranny fluid is not showing anything. I have a leak somewhere and I need to get the car to Ferrari tomorrow, about 10 miles away. I started the car to warm it for a fluid check, it shifted into nutreal to start with no issues. Hopefully there is no damage, so much for Ferrari of OC checking everything. :-(. I probably will go to Ferrari tomorrow and get the fluid, come back, fill the car and drive down there...checking the fluid constantly. If there is a substitute it would be nice to get it locally. Has anyone had a similar issue? i hope this is not costly...just a hose or something.
