    While driving at a relatively slow speed I heard an audio tone followed by a very slow shift, this happened a couple of times then went away. No lights on the panel. Any ideas as to what that is?

    clutch is too hot.. goes away once it cools.

    Thanks, it happened once in my Maserat as well and I always wondered what caused it.
