IMHO, that's somewhat of a poser justification. Even most "supercars" (especially lambos) have so much extra weight (sound deadening, stereo/nav, air conditioning, windshield wiper motor, lambo push button ride height adjustment, wheels that are too big, comfortable seats, the list goes on) that the small increase from DSG/DCT is inconsequential. Also, street car suspensions are so sloppy anyway that power:weight isn't *that* critical.

I personally prefer PDK to F1. Faster smoother gear changes are what I want if I want electronics. If you want emotion you must have a stick shift and clutch pedal, period.

agreed! If we are talking about the Mucielago, that car weighs almost 1k more than a GT race car. How is 20 kilos going to make a difference.
