    Got in my car to move it a few feet in the garage and the car started that light beeping and now it won't stop. Moved the car both ways. Turned it off. Restarted it. Moved it. No matter what I do just beeps. Turned the car off and locked it and it is still beeping away.

    Switch off the battery, wait 10 mm, put the ignition key in position 2, wait 5 mm, start the engine and let it run 15 mm slowly.
