    I plan to replace the rear chrome horse badge on my F12 for a black. The only black OEM horse badge that I can find that is the same size (4"/100mm) is for the 599 GTO (P/N 83278100). The original F12 P/N is 84796400.
    Does anyone know if the 599 badge will fit the F12 regarding the two holes for the two pin mounts?

    No I do not. I had a black horse on my 348ts too but don't know the reason.

    IMO Money isn't an object, but you could remove it and have it wrapped any color. If you sell the car, remove the wrap to return to OEM.

    Or do what I did. Had it powder coated and although permanent not one bit concerned someone won’t like it on resale.

    Buy a replacement chrome one and have it powder coated satin black. Easy !

    Others will be better or more accurate as I heard this third hand, but here goes:

    Apparently when Fiat owned Ferrari, Enzo showed them the Original GTO and they told him “great, now put a big silver prancing horse logo on the back of her.” Not caring to be told what to do to with his creation, Enzo released the car with the small black logo.

    Sort of like the ultimate “I do what I do!”
