Hate to ask, but why did you sell the 812SF?

I bet a lot of fraud covid money went to cars. My opinion is that the car prices will fall soon.

What did you like about your 812? What did you not like?

Having owned an 812 I think you know what you are getting into albeit the F12 will be a little less refined and not have the rear wheel steering. Why do you need to get back into one asap if I may ask?

I am ready now for one so no need to wait I just wanted to know differences between this and an 812 such as ride quality or exhaust sound etc.

Every 812 owner says F12 is less refined. Not sure if that's a good thing or not. All I know is that F12 doesn't bite like many other cars. You can push the car gently. The balance is good. There is no lift oversteer. You can make the mistake, and all you have to do is just lift off the throttle. The brake is fantastic. Traction control is quite good. You will feel the rear wiggle side to side when you're WOT as the differential does its thang. I find the ride little firm on bumpy mode. It's not like Mclaren where it becomes pillow soft. As a GT car, that's been my only complaint. As a sport car, my only complaint has been the gearbox shift logic which sucks. It doesn't downshift to appropriate gear when you floor the car. It's also lot slower than TDF in shift speed despite being the same unit. Judging from the videos, I also think 812 may shift a little faster.

Thank you for that elaborate response. I presently own a gt2 rs and it’s as stiff as a rod …lol … talk about taking bumps lol !!!! I think I will be ok with the f12. I didn’t want something so we find actually I want something a little old school and in the look also as this one is especially in the rear where it looks “ FERRARI “.

After further research I’m going to go with the F 12 or a possible 612 manual that’s being sold in San Diego Ferrari I know it’s two extremes but I’m going to choose one this weekend

I know many will disagree, but I will honestly choose the F12 over the 812 even if they were at the same price.
But of course it's all a matter of taste and what you want from the car.

Love the styling of the F12. Both front and rear views.

F12 more raw and prettier. But I loved my 812 much more. And more useable. And faster.

But the f12 is quite amazing car and a bargain right now.

Prices are stabilizing but not decreasing yet….topping is what the economists say.

Keep looking, that’s half the fun.
You might try Carfax, Cargurus, Autotrader, and the Ferrari main website and any regional Ferrari dealers….Merit Partners in Atlanta and Motorcars of Atlanta.
