Hi guys my name is Federico and I'm an 18 years old guy from Milan, Italy. I read this forum everyday and I'm very passionate about Ferrari, every time i see one I get goosebumps and I really love everything about them. My favorite Ferrari of them all is the Ferrari 599 GTO , but I really love both FF and F12. I love the ff's practicality and hatchback look, I love f12's design and astonishing power . I would like to know what you felt when you first ordered your Ferrari and if you have ever offered a ride to someone you didn't know just because he was staring at your car speechless , because that's what I would do if I had a Ferrari, I'd share my experience with other people that can't afford one. I would love to meet you guys just to talk a bit and to see your beasts. Let me know what you think and wish me luck so that I will (hopefully) buy a Ferrari one day.
    (Sorry for my English)

Agree totally with Chet. The keys: working hard, never feeling sorry for yourself, not accepting anyone else's notions as your limits and not being afraid to make big changes to pursue opportunities.

And once you get some nice things like cars or anything else, you realize that dreaming about getting them was one of the best parts of the experience, almost as good as the actual ownership! So enjoy.

Keep the passion and desire alive and figure out how you can realise it in your own way. I don't think you would give lifts to everyone that looked at your f12 because you would be driving a lot of people around;)

I am going to work hard and I totally agree with all three of you guys because I really want to succeed in what I want to accomplish.
@simsko yeah I think that there is a mistake in my sentence , I meant that I would love to share my experience with everyone (but obviously it isn't possible ) and that I would love to offer a ride to some people

I'll probably be in Milan in a couple of months. If it works out, I'll ping you an email and take you out in the FF.

I get a car delivered to Milan most years, and use it as a starting point on a road trip. Sometimes with a friend, sometimes alone. There's no plan, other than to choose north or south. It's usually north up through Como towards Chamonix, then a few days on mountain roads, then back down to Mombaruzzo via Turin (I love the 902). There's a great little hotel just outside the village. Stock up on amaretti biscuits and head back south. Possibly Amalfi this year.......who knows. Mother in law is visiting, so a good excuse to hit the road.

You are going to have a lot of fun , it seems to be a very exciting trip, especially with an FF! Are you going to get your car delivered at rossocorsa? The majority of the Ferrari that I see around here are from that dealer

No, I already own an FF. I have it delivered from London to Milan, and I fly into Milan to meet the car at the hotel. It makes the trip easier and, believe it or not, it's cheaper to have it delivered there than to drive.

I didn't expect that to be cheaper, anyway is the FF your daily driver?

I don't have an FF or F12, but instead have a California. A couple of months ago, my wife and I had stopped by the Post Office and there was a little boy probably about 11 or so years old. He had a complete fit over seeing a Ferrari. I think he was mildly autistic or something, but anyway I let him sit in the drivers seat while I talked with his dad. That was one happy happy little boy!

I remember a guy letting my boys sit in his McLaren. Completely made their day.

I hope you get to ride in one sometime and later get to own one. They are a blast.

That's nice ! I really like when people do this kind of things, you made his day! Btw the California is a fantastic car, we rented it for 15 min after the Ferrari museum with my dad in Maranello and it was a true blast. I really wanted to know what the real sensation was and it was really really amazing and breathtaking. The sound of the powerful v8 is just a masterpiece , when the valves open it completely makes my heart race. every time I hear a Ferrari it's always an emotion and I'm proud that it's all made in my country .
