Just drove the F12, absolutely blew me away. So fast, I thought the 599 was quick, but wow! The mayor was right to go buy one, I'm trying to work out what body parts I don't need so I can sell em to balance up a trade in!

When I drove it, I thought it was a 458 coupe with 150 more HP and an exhaust note that would make you cry. :)

The inside really reminds me of the 458. The steering wheel is the same, the seats very similar, pedals and driving position the same, and the interior space seems about the same with the exception of the space behind your shoulders (which looks AWESOME).

What surprised me is that it does not feel like a big car. It felt like the 458 -- very nimble and quick.

It's a wonderful car -- perhaps the best thing Ferrari makes now. Certainly the prettiest.

I think the light weight, 3276 lbs on my air bill, is key in my impressions of the car's nimbleness. That 6000 rpm peak torque fits in with the seat of the pants feel because the character of the car and noise level become very aggressive at 6000.

458 owners may not be satisfied with their cars after driving an F-12 as the power and overall impressions are to me the next plateau above the 458.

I think that Ferrari may have developed a super 458 in the F-12 vs. the grand tourer of the prior front engined V-12's series.

I agree, feels as nimble as the 458, but even quicker, and you get the impression that with the extra weight over the front, it should be more stable on the edge? Certainly the way I learnt to race anyway.

Interior is stunning, and the car is absolutely spot on looks wise. I don't want my 599 anymore!

The sales guy I deal with told me that at a recent event, the cars were being run on the mile straight at millbrook, and the 458 and FFs were getting around 180, a professional driver got 196 out of F12!
