I went to their sight, and was going to head there tomorrow as they are about 15 mins away from me, but the car you are referencing is on the sight at $389k.....

The cars are under MSRP now, but not massively. Offer low and see what they say.

    What's the MSRP on it?

Not a fair generalization in my opinion. I did a market survey for an appraisal last week and its still above MSRP or at MSRP as a generalization. Are you really saying that more F12s are below MSRP than above? Only a couple I saw in the 3's (high mileage and 3+ owners or no CARFAX) but there were a couple outliers, most all in the 4's and a couple outliers still in the 5's. I can send you the data if you like.

For the OP, a well optioned F12 MSRP is around $400K. I wouldn't doubt that the $390k they want is MSRP.

Well, there are definitely more above or at MSRP because supply in the US has been quite low, but on eBay over the last month or so there have been a few with BIN under MSRP. Cars looked clean and had a few thousand miles on them.

I don't know the MSRP of every car, but there are probably 5 on eBay right now with BIN at $380-399K, and that's BIN/asking. Can easily knock some money off those.

There's another 2014 on there with 1200 miles and a bit more spec for $399K.

These prices are certainly in the ballpark of what you'd pay for these cars new, maybe with 20-25K premium for getting it right away. In other words, fair.

    I'm pretty tempted myself!

With a 6-10 month wait, that premium works out to 2-4K a month. Time is of the essence and it's worth money.
