More importantly, can anyone explain why having lift is a 'bad thing'?

I guess one more thing that could potentially break/ stop working.

Me personally, I would not pass up on a car if everything was the perfect spec minus lift. I purchased a F12 without it. I believe Novitec makes a lift for the F12 if absolutely needed (10k though.)

I'm not sure why anyone originally ordering the car would spec it without one considering it was 5k option from factory.

More weight. Less adjustability. It will eventually leak and break.

If you are feeling the additional weight of the system and it spoils your driving, then you are really taking everything from that car, which in the F12 case means you are a really good driver ;)

I've never heard of a leaking lift system of a modern Ferrari, by the way.

    Hi sunghyun7,
    Thank you!
It's not a wrap. It's triple color option Rosso Formula 1 2007 . :) You're probably thinking about Jim, who has wrapped his F12

I find the front lift very useful and effective

I do not have the lift, and it is the one option I regret not specifying when I specc'd the car. There are just so many driveways that are problematic.

I don't know if it could be retrofitted, but I would if it were at all reasonable.

i also use the lift, maybe out of caution too much, but there are quite a few steep driveways, parking structures encountered. especially on a road trip to unknown places.

Does anybody know if the lift can be retrofitted?

I don’t think it’s possible to retrofit the factory lift but it is possible to fit the Novitec lift.
