What on earth is the point of starting yet another new thread on this ? There's enough speculation as to whether it is or is not a GTO in the main thread
It will probably happen a few times more with f12 section non regulars. It would be good if the main thread was renamed f12 vs/GTO/speciale to make it easier.
While we are kibitzing, I am not particularly happy with the car in the photo, whatever it is. The fascinating stylized tail of the F12 has been homogenized into a generic thing with a dull dark horizontal panel. The slats over the rear wheel well may be intended to evoke GTO, but they look like the add-ons they are.
Agreed. As I feared a year ago, Ferrari body design sans Pininfarina seems to be limited to flaps and gills. Soon we may also see the F12 with a huge touch screen in the center dash. Sad.

Dislike the stripe on the rear and I hope they have a different wheel design. Spokes are too thin for my liking. It may be a gnats hair thinner than the 599 GTO wheels (which are perfect). Such are details eh?
