Hi, I’m trying to replace my passenger display on F12
Anyone done this and can share any tips? Main question is which trim pieces need removal and how.
    Thanks!

Definitely do-able. With a mini ratchet set and some plastic trim pry tools much of the interior can be taken apart. Pretty much all the interior screws are T25 torx. It's just time consuming since the interior is almost like layers of an onion, having to remove surrounding sections before you can access the piece you want out. The workshop manual has step by step diagrams, which you can grab on ebay. You'll first open the passenger side door, and pop out the vent cover inside the door jam. It's held in by two snaps and the rubber weather strip. There is one mistake in the factory service manual though. The trim piece on the door side of the glove box is shown as being held in by only two screws. There are actually two more just behind it, so four total. The manual also says to pop the ball joint of the pneumatic piston for the glove box door off, but it's actually much easier just to unscrew the lower attachment for it since there's no risk to the plastic or piston trying to pry it off then. Also the glove box itself has about 11 screws, and many of them are different, so keep track of which ones went where. Once the screws for the glove box are out, it's wedged in by friction so you'll have to gently keep working it out until you can remove it. Be careful because it weighs about 11 pounds. That may be enough to have access to the display from underneath.

This ratchet set was really helpful when I disassembled my interior:

If the glove box isn’t enough to access it from underneath you may need to remove the main center dash which is more involved. I don’t have the display on mine so I can’t say for sure.

    thank you all!
helpful - i do now also see ferrari sells one-day access to the manuals for $275 - anyone ever purchase the one day option? assume the details are in there

yes - cover glass is broken (dont ask me how ), good news is glass itself is sold separately for $70. based on above picture if i can access the front surface, looks glass is replaceable directly.

I don’t know, I didn’t have any issues. I do know you need a business license, and I think it might be US only based
