A no sale with a high bid of 675k Euros. thoughts? some sanity coming back into the LE market ? I do hope so as I would love to buy a silver f12 TDF a price that isn't ridiculous over list.
Given where 599 GTO's are trading though you wouldn't think a TDF would trade far below those cars right?

Not a surprise as I have seen a few Italian cars available for not far off the high bid. I imagine there is a deal on the sidelines. Low mileage GTOs in Italy are now around €500-525k, so a 35% premium seems not unreasonable.

However, the RHD market (to the extent one exists) still seems off the charts.

Love the interior... full black alcantara... one and only thing you should ever find in an hardcore Ferrari

Red Sled - where are you seeing the Italian TDF's and GTO's - any tips on where to look would be appreciated. Agree on the RHD mkt I was quoted in excess of £1m for a RHD car - which I am not prepared to pay.

599 GTO is under 600k gbp and lhd (in uk ) from 450k gbp so 675k eu plus fee is still good.

Car is superb, saw it yesterday. However this was originally sold to an UAE client but registered in Switzerland and currently belongs to some Germany-based financial institution. Therefore expect approx. 30% taxes ON TOP of any price paid.
No wonder it is difficult to sell.
Do the homework and talk to an international tax specialist first!

Thanks Marcel. I suspect if this car was available to the US market and if it didn't have that tax penalty associated with it, you would have seen a higher number offered. I think the car looks amazing and would be very tempting for anyone who would like to have a TDF. What a really fantastic car!
