Ferrari stopped numbering their cars after being busted for duplicating the number in the Middle East.
Like any other so called "limited edition" Ferrari from the past 15 years, it doesn't has such an individual numbered plate, which gives away the actual number out of the production run, nor does it has a v.i.n. from which one can tell (not like with Porsche or Bugatti for example)! The last type which was (somehow) individually numbered (xxx/448) was the 550 Barchetta. Ever since they just put a plaque in the car stating "limited edition", then coming up with a fancy number for marekting reasons (x99) - hoping that potential customers believe them to built as many cars as they can sell from the respective "limited" car in the end...
