Just had delivery of my 2016 F12 Dec 2015 and was at dealer today and really liked a 2014 458 spider in red all carbon interior options.

Love the F12 but finding a bit dated these days in terms of looks. Just need some input if it would be a good idea to keep F12 or trade it for the spider. Really liked the open top.

I'm on the fence but not really sure - just scared that's I do not regret it later. I did place myself in line for the upcoming F12 replacement.

Which do you love to drive?

If you're in line for the F12 next year then get the spider. What's to lose?

The F12 is your DD? Or a weekend fun car? Does the 458 satisfy the weekend fun?

Neither are a critical investment. Just pick what you want to drive.

Personally, i could never settle for anything less than a V12 anymore.

F12 fun car. 458 good but much slower than my F12 but like the spider. Of course the V12 is just something to love vs the 8.

    Brian,

Took your advice - took the jump - F12 for the 458 Spider. No regrets! Love the open top. Think will be keeping this alongside when my F12 replacement comes out.
