What is your average water temperature during city cruising with a/c on?
My oil temperature is very low and constant during city traffic, approx 180 - 190F.
The water temperature rises up to 185 - 195F with an ambient temperature of 68F.
The car has never lower temperatures in the past but sometimes I think it's a bit high, because the fans are running continously.

With higher speeds and more airflow everythink is fine and the temp decreases.

    I would appreciate your feedback.

That seems normal to me. Newer cars run hotter for emissions reasons.

They are all pretty much that way for the last 25 years or so. My 575M runs exactly the same. Takes some serious hard running or much higher temperatures to get the large dry sump up to higher oil temperatures what with 12 or so quarts of oil, oil coolers, etc. Water temperatures up around 180-190 degrees are the most efficient for consumption and emissions.
