F12 Wheel bolt vs. TDF

I am looking at the Titanium wheel bolts #70001219 that I believe are standard on the TDF.. does anyone know if there is a difference in length (beginning from the thread to the beginning of the shoulder seat) verse the steel F12 bolt ? Has anyone put the #70001219 bolts on their F12 ? Additionally, could a 10mm spacer be used with the standard F12 bolts without buying a longer bolt ?
