Luca is long-winded. Water is wet. The car looks much better than last year's, but that's much less important than how it performs. We won't know that until the first race (winter testing results have proven meaningless over the past few seasons). Hopefully the Scuderia's done enough to have a credible car in this lame-duck season.
In comparison photos, the chassis looks pretty similar to the F2012, save the modesty/vanity nose panel, mirrors and what appears to be new exhaust exits (and the livery, of course). Both wings are changed from last year's car. In all, it looks like a slight evolution of the F2012.
We will see more changes as testing goes along. From the web the most changed car appears to be Mclaren going by what is in the press. My guess is the teams are maximizing what changes can be made now and by race 5 its done. The new car/motors looming far more important by June or sooner. If any team comes out and wins 3 or 4 races straight away the rest will move on sooner than planned. Its 2014 that matters most now. This year will be overlooked early on if one team dominates. The cost wont be worth the results given the money they have to pour into the next machine.
"An ugly car becomes a beautiful car when it wins", I think Enzo said something along these lines when the 312T4 was launched in 1979.
Why is the bottom half painted black?? Wtf - it reminds me of the Virgin F1 car (or Marrusia)....they need to get back to the car being all red....Nose looks good though
That perforated rear wing end plate and rb-style rear beam wing look very very interesting!!! http://i.imgur.com/LYniuUf.jpg I like the taller, longer & stalkier nose!
Not sure I like the black accents on the bottom. Makes the car look choppy. Not a fan of the front wing aesthetics, but if it works...it works.

Livery is not very good; agreed. Way too choppy. Scratch another car off my corse clienti list..... Kevin
To make it look smaller and more attractive. Those brackets down to the front wing would look huge if they were all red.
