Possibly. There is a correlation between tracking/abusing cars less often as the price of the car increases... We speculate now because there is nothing else to do, and this is FerrariCHAT.

In any case, from what little we know of this car so far, I would like one. ;)

Ferrari please introduce an allocation condition that you have to have requested one on Ferrarichat.

You can approve allocations in the UK and Caribbean. I will handle allocations for FNA. We have a lot of hard work on our hands, but that's what separates us from regular men, Andrew.

A current doubt is that, will it really be meant to be used on tracks ?
The marketing philosophy could be to sell it at the highest possible price to people wanting to try and speculate - after all, these people are likely to be the ones willing to spend the most money, so business wise it may look better to target them rather than people wanting to actually drive.

Ok, well first of all mec, your allocation has been denied.

But yes, I agree that Ferrari is basically in a position where they could sell a bag of dog **** for a high price, and it would sell out. From an enthusiast's point of view, it would be great to have a non-limited production car in a GT3 mold that allows track fans to do just that because, currently, there are no options on the market from them. The 296 is certainly capable, but with its weight, you go through consumables very quickly, and certainly from an excitement standpoint, lower weight with agility is more fun.

I can go on and on about some great track cars they have produced and cars they have produced that can handle the track. However, this thread is not about that. The fact is, you barely will see a Pista on the track because of its rarity and cost, even though it's capable.

Parts will be expensive no matter what. Ferrari controls its output so the price holds on second hand market. This alone almost shuts down track appearance entirely

see post 3711. Just reading between the lines i don't think anything he is aware of anything in the product offering that excites him other than the 167, but i can be completely wrong. It would be great for him to address it here directly. I hope there is something in the works that combines agility, sound and less weight.

Thank you I think that he knows a lot more as for the 499P stradale and this new V6 car but he doesn’t want or can’t say too much because of « Maranello Snipers » :D
