f355 97 factory alarm location???

..can any one help me out, i have managed to installed a remote start in my f355 1997, and all is fine , but i have to dissarm the factory alarm first befor i can activate, the remote start??? the aftermarket kit comes with a disarm wire, but i need to first find the location of the factory alarm module, and then the wire??? a wiring diagram would be great... any ideas??
