F355 A/C woes

I just installed my fixed A/C ecu that I sent to ASI. They said the ECU was faulty but still have the same problem afrter the reinstall. Can't get the air direction motor to work and it only blows hot air as it is on maximum deforst. The recirulation flap works, fan works and so does the compressor. I did the A/C reprogram as someone else suggested and no help.
If I pinch off the hose to the water mixture valve, I have super cold air. I am wondering if the problem is the outside air sensor in the mirror. Hate to take the door apart but I think it is my only option. Has anybody else replaced this sensor?
