Hi all I'm embarking on a European road trip next week in a F355. I need to recharge the air conditioning system before I go. Can anyone tell me the correct quantity of R134A gas? I cannot find any data on the car or in the hand book. I'm suspecting around 0.8kg. All help appreciated!
Hi. I don't doubt this is the right quantity, but am curious where you got this info from? I have scoured the WSM and cannot find reference to it anywhere. Can you tell me which page I should look on? It's doing my head in. Many thanks, Bob.
Thanks for the quick responses people!! I am also curious as to the source of the information. Although it does sound about right.
In my case it's on Page A3 of the user's manual supplied with the car (European version). They also specify 150cc (.25 pints) of Murray "PAG OIL SP2" for the compressor. Maybe things are different for the US versions?

thanks for the info guys .... no need to download anything since I have original factory printed WSM and parts books, 3 volumes 988 pages several KG's. But I'm kicking myself for not looking for this in the "owners" handbook. I still can't see the logic for not including it in the WSM, but hey, that's Ferrari...
You don't say! The first part of the 355 WSM is a replica of the owners handbook, which, as I said, I didn't look in.
