Hi all, My car has just been delivered to the US (1995 F355 2.7 Motronic - euro spec RHD), and at the port they've accessed the battery to jump-start it. In doing so, they've lost the battery bracket (the one that is held down by the 10mm bolt). 1. Any ideas on where I can get another one quickly? 2. As the battery is dead, and the guy managing the import process needs to replace it, he has a Group 27 battery Duracell battery ready to go in it. [https://www.batteriesplus.com/productdetails/battery/car-and-truck/ferrari/f355-spider/1996/base/v8-3.5l-gas/sli27fm ] I know that most people put a Group 34r battery in. Will the above battery work for the time being? Thankyou
@Ricambi America Are you able to get any more of these in stock? https://www.ricambiamerica.com/62573400-battery-bracket.html
The 27 fits. Barely. The 27 is 1" taller than the 34R. The other dims are the same. AS you know the 34R is spec. A 34 will also work as the connection cables will reach....and truth be told a lot easier to hook up and install this way.
