I just replaced the window switch trim plate on my ‘96 355.

The plate can mount with the blank/buldge spot on either side, so upside down if you wanted. However, the owners manual shows LH switch is Drivers Window

The owners manual and workshop manual show that the driver's side driver window switch is closest to the door handle and the bevel on the switch mounting plate. This is the same on my RHD car, so the driver's switch is on the right of the mounting plate on a RHD car (and your RHD car).

The driver's side driver switch logo on my car points to the nose of the car (which matches the orientation of the switch). Same for the passenger side passenger window. Because of the orientation of the switches, RHD cars have two of these passenger switches:

    LHD cars only have one.

The wiring diagrams show the driver's window switch as having a blue jumper wire. Also, my notes tell me that the driver's window switch plug is red.

Sorry for my assumption that this was Left Hand Drive. Thanks Quavion for correcting.

That's how mine is set up.

Also, the tags on the wires seem to be a clue.
