Turned 50 today…. Went boat shopping. Drove the 355…. May have hit 1—50 plus while on way home . My car is not pristine, but mechanically a 10 and the smiles per mile are hard to beat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I was hoping this would be a benchmark for "driver" quality. However the damage report (or lack thereof) will probably hold it back significantly. INTMD8 is probably accurate guessing RNM this time around too.

More cars for sale in Japan now than I've ever seen when looking. However prices are much higher still. I guess Japan's summer is also over, so maybe more people listing due to driving season being over. Might be normal to have a spike at this time of the year.
A shame really. Looks like a decent driver car but yeah with the carfax showing STRUCTURAL DAMAGE in big letters that is going to be a car that will be held back. Not to mention an issue on carfax showing odometer rollback (which it really isn't from what I can tell) will be what most people aren't looking for. Does anyone know anything about this car and its accident? I am guessing it was smacked up in the rear. Probably not the best place for an accident.
The only U.S cars offered with FHP is the Serie Fiorano. I know… it sucks. I wonder who is in charge of U.S cars getting watered down variations. Every 355 should be equipped with Fiorano Handling Pack at the minimum.
@johnk... RMCmiami Euro spec GTB is back up on the market again. Now we know why it has been re-listed several times in the past 2 months. Apparently, people want to buy it, but the PPI isn’t checking out. https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/new-exhaust-option-larini-gt2-muffler-phase-2.630277/page-15 “I passed on the Swiss car in Miami. I don’t think the sellers meant any harm but they should have done their own compression test before listing the car. On a cold compression test cylinder 7 was off by 27% from the others. Car drives well, engine runs smooth and it’ll be good for someone that wants to address the issue but not for me.” Now what?
Doesn’t look like a FHP car to me let alone a Schumacher Edition . FHP is 98+. This is a 97 car. No red calipers/drilled rotors.
You see that cheap Gated GTB in the Fchat market, wow! That seller has got the nerve Cheers! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I imagine a day when the 488 and turbo cars come under scrutiny of maintenance and replacement costs, people will look back and think the 355 engine is a piece of cake.
Sale pending on my car. I asked mods to mark as sale pending on listing but my only option may be sold. Deposit received. Final details in the AM. Cheers -Carnutdallas(TM) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1973-ferrari-246-dino-gts-3/ I believe this is where 355 valuations are headed.
John, I know you cannot fathom it, but Ken is right…. These will go the way of the Dino. If I own another one it will take $120plus and in 10 years, it will be $230-250 for this car… and it may not be in dollars. Eeek! Tomorrow I spend $2M on dirt and hope it does the same Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
For the record, @ttforcefed is the first to declare 355's should be valued the same as Dinos and should be $600k.
Are gated 355's worth less/more than gated 360's? Saw a gated 360 just listed from the dealer i bought my 355. Priced usd25k more than what i bought my 355. Sent from my ELE-L29 using Tapatalk
