I’ll let @ttforcefed answer that, but my impression is the car is going on BAT unless someone sends them an offer they can’t refuse.
It was August 2022…around the height of 355 market imo. So it’s been a year. Market has come down, but I don’t see why this car couldn’t fetch similar or more than the 96 BAT Berlinetta. It’s a super clean car imo. One just needs to love the color combo. Those who don’t like it will ignore… for those who love it, it’s a unicorn spec. Now or never.
It reminds me of Entropy's car which sold for $205k in 2017. 4k mi Berlinetta. Rare color spec and we haven't seen another since. https://www.millermotorcars.com/1999-ferrari-355-berlinetta-c-855/

They just received it. They usually freshen it up before bringing it to market, but if someone wants to take it off their hands now as is, he can.
This car is in Europe. Restoration expected to be completed in 2024… unless someone wants to make them an offer they can’t refuse for as is. Stradale Vintage Cars Netherlands. Owner is a passionate diehard fan of the 355 and owner himself. Nearly every type of Ferrari has passed thru his dealership. Steve Alghrim should give him a call and ask him why 355’s are moving while F430’s and 599’s tend to be sitting.
