When driving my F355 in outside temps 50 degrees or below the oil temp will drop to 130 F.
Should it drop this low? I know alot of cold air is flowing over the radiators but shouldn't the themostat adjust for that? Water temp also drops to 150 degrees.

Mine does not do this. My 308 and 328 would, since there is not thermostat in the oil cooler. 355's have a thermostat to regulate the oil temp....once driven for 15 minutes or so, it should stay above 170 degrees. Perhaps your thermostat is stuck open?

This sounds odd. My 355 oil temp runs between 200-215 regardless of outside temp. (40-110 degrees). I would have the thermostat checked. I believe that Ferrari uses the type of thermostat that if it fails it goes to the full open position not the full closed.

At the risk of sounding silly, mine has a water temp gauge and an oil pressure gauge. where are you guys getting oil temp from?

You lose the oil temp gauge for the F1 gear indicator...your car must be an F1. The should have ditched the clock instead...
