How do you know when your anti roll bar is worn out or begins to get worn out? I suspect my left rear, as I hear a very short metallic sound occasionally and especially when turning left. Sometimes even when driving straight forward too. The sound is very short and sounds as two metallic pieces are just touching/scratching against each other very short, just milliseconds.

The roll bar bushes in these cars are pretty robust but they're easy enough to see and check just by removing the wheel. A careful inspection of the entire left rear suspension would be the first thing to do. Don't forget to check the wheel bearings as well by grabbing the tire at the 12/6 and 3/9 o'clock positions and attempting to rock the wheel. Also look for torn CV joint boots.
