    The car is on a lift. The tires were spun by hand...my guess.

    The car is bought in Belgium and to get a Dutch license plate, you will have to import the car. So the sheet of paper/ number plate :p was like a temporary plate for the day. At the testing station the car was checked, to see if the car was right according to Dutch-requirements.

    One of the tests they carried out was the spinning front wheels. They lifted the car up and used some machine to make the wheels spin.

    There are no spacers,everything is stock except for the tubi exhaust and bmc air filters.
