    Where are you located? which wheels have blemish, front or rear?

    I am in Wisconsin and I will send a picture of the wheels with a blemish. Ones a front tire and the other a rear. These are not curb damage. The wheels were standing up on their tires and feel over scraping two of the wheels on the pavement.
