i have a 355 with the Red H and M sport springs and an extremely LOW ride height. The lower adjustable ring sits about 5 cm from the lowest thread.

Any ideas on making the ride height better. Do standard springs do the trick or is something else wrong. Removed the struts and tried pushing the top piston. Quite resistant when the adjuster is anticlock wise but takes forever to return to normal extension. If the adjuster is turned clockwise the piston goes in and out very quick. is that normal for the adjustable shocks???
    many thanks for any guidance.

the F355 has adjustible spring perches. You can raise or lower the car with a spanner wrench. Why buy new springs for ride height adjustments?

There is about a 4X difference in shock damping between max and min.
