Last week I was thinking about the same thing. From some reserch, why don't you have a look at the www.indiacar.com website, then link to Auto Enthusiast section of the Infobank to read the article called Red Indians. From that article you'll see that there's around thirty cars in India, only 6 & 8 cylinders models that include Dino, 308, 348, 355 and 360.

India is a land of mysteries, they say...I was in Bombay in 03 for two weeks and all I can see are Indian Ambassadors( Fiat 1100 ),TATA SUV's and Suzuki Jeep and Swift badge-engineered copies, called Maruti..if I am not mistaken, and ordinary looking girls....in DAYTIME.
NIGHTTIME is a different story...SL's,8er Bimmers,Evos,STI's and Ferraris !! Saw a Mondial 3.2,348TB and a 355, all in red at one of their hip joints in the city. And the girls are..stuffs that dreams are made of...There are Ferraris in India, owned by the super-rich of which there are many.
