Hi everyone, What do you think about this? Just for fun, I did a little Photoshopping in my spare time . Hopefully Ferrari will never do something like this. But I'm pretty sure that won't happen (luckily!!!). Greets, Alex.
I actually like the Van, its cool! Id like to see something like that in the near future, but not by ferrari. Alfa Romeo perhaps?
Don't let Ferrari see that van design! We may have another "Cayenne" on our hands. That thing actually looks pretty damn nice. Nice photshop work.
Thanks, On my job, I work a lot with Photoshop. I know there isn't a place for the engine, I was just playing around with the design . Greets, Alex.
Maybe the van could be front-engined. The wagon? Mmm, that's not gonna work I guess . Korr, what's a "Aztec"??? Greets, Alex.
I think pontiac made the Aztec, it is just a really goofy looking SUV..do a google image search for one.
In all seriousness there is a huge hole in the market for a performance orientated people mover. I'm (obviously) a car enthusiast and a driver, I have a large family, and do not want to run a fncken huge high and poor handling 4 wheel drive. I now own a Toyota Tarago (Australian name). This car is interesting in it is rear wheel drive (via independent rear suspension), 4 wheel disc braked (with ABS), the engine is under and behind the driver and is on its side (to keep the weight low and space above large). Unfortunately the marketing w*nkers think that ONLY bored woman (mums) buy these cars and thus it lacks that little bit of sparkle from the engine. Why can't some manufacture instead of designing boring when they think of MPVs, think of fun and performance that just happens to carry 6+ people. I think this Toyota Tarago is best there currently is but what it needs is: - either a nice big turbo charger hanging off the motor, or - the engine replaced with a flat six of the same size as the current 4, that will sing a soulful sound when required - 6 speed manual transmission. I guess the Turbo would be questionable regarding reliability and running cost, but the flat six should be bullet proof, and thus can be boring for those that want and when you stand on it (like I do) the thing can take off ... Why not Mr Marketing? ... there is nothing for the likes of me that does not require me to compromise. Pete
Funny that we had the same idea! There are a few differances though. Hehe, maybe there's a market for such a car after all? But NOT under Ferrari badge and I won't buy it! And what about a fantasy Scaglietti limousine??? If I got the time I will try to photoshop one . Greets, Alex.
You present your work as a joke, but I suspect in reality you are a Ferrari employed designer who is testing the market through this site...
