F40 84052 RM

Reported as a Dutch car new, supposedly subsequently repainted yellow, logged as stolen in Geneva June 1990. Recovered. Repainted red again.

so this car was stolen, in an accident, repainted twice, and still only has 5500 km on the clock. weird life. they have the range pretty low. either there is more to the story or they are trying to draw in the punters.

 

A car is just a collection of parts bolted together I guess, what man has made he can remake but jeez that ones had a life.

 

Many a GTO has seen worse.

im missing the point. bubble is bursting because a car that was stolen, crashed, and repainted is project to sell for 700k usd?

This is like owning a piece of evidence. It's pretty macabre. I was surprised that the infamy of a driver death at the wheel of the last GTO didn't bump the price. I mean, in a way, that's a bit of patina. *tugs collar*
