Actually, viewed from a distance, it's not too different from the real thing (at a very high level of body-work similarity anyway), with the wheels, engine, incorrectly placed headlights and rear windscreen being particular disappointments....

It would still amuse me to buy it for a couple of grand (surely not worth any more) and see how many marshalls at trackdays and FOC gatherings could actually spot the difference. (Of course I'd have to trailer it everywhere and never start it, as you could hear the difference from a mile away - "V6 roar", don't make me laugh.)

As the advert says, your neighbours would be unlikely to know the difference. Still plastic junk, though. :) :) :)

Now this is real f40 barn find... spotted not long ago when on a dyno day, the unassuming back street garage had this, plus a 360 and several GT3s... you would never have known from the outside!

    Classic!

The bodywork looks similar, but as with most replicas they have screwed up the ride height and the wheels dont fill the arches. Next to a picture of a real one, its completely lacks aggression.

Yet again I have been found to be lacking in the anorak department.... 'least I didn't say it was an E36 (ie mk2!!!) Consider the weather-proofed outer coat-like garment to now be in our F-chat Room 101. :) Isn't the Noble P4 lovely though!
