    For those who are interested, I am currently arranging the first ever F40 Trophy, a regularity race that will be part of the Historic Rally, the first of it's kind to be held in Italy! This year is the car's 20th anniversary since it's inauguration in Frankfurt 1987 which means it is finally a classifed Vintage car - Ferrari Classiche!

    If anyone is interested to join let me know!

    Since the thread in Euro is closed ,

    Simon , this is an official rally, you can download the pdf on the owner site . IMO, it was anniunced too late for non european people..I saw the PDF for the first time on the site early march ..and i believe the Rally is somewhere around the 25th of March..

    Why wasnt this planned sooner ??

    Don't forget your car has to be updated...Tires of max. 3 years, New fuel tanks, etc...Too many requests to fix in such a short time imo..Getting the right tres prob taes atleast a month! But ofcourse, having just 40 F40's in Italy isn't that difficult :) Will be a great event..Maybe me and my dad are going too :) (just as spectator)

    I was told this idea was 'borrowed' from the UK Owners Club who are having a huge F40 parade at Silverstone in June (8/9/10) as part of the Club's 40 th celebrations at the UK Ferrari Days (Shell Historic / UK CLassic / 430 Challenge / FXX / Clienti F1 etc etc etc )

    I would love to do it. But the logistics are a bit much for me, and not so keen to go through the hassle of shipping the car... Maybe for the 50th anniversary....
