Does anyone know what type of Silca key is used for the F40 fuel filler lock? The part now offered by Maranello Classic Parts is an unbranded blank with a different shape. Had a look through the current Silca catalog and none seem to have the rounded rectangular bow. Thanks

Sorry I can't help but never knew the Euro cars had a fuel filler lock.

Drew, each car has three keys...ignition, doors and latches, fuel cap locks. At least that's how my car (Euro) was set up when I received it.

Do the US cars not have a lockable filer cap?

    Us cars have two keys

    Ignition and door

Fuel filler latch just flips up with screw off Ferrari gas cap.

That is what I was surprised about in that Euro or ROW had the locked gas latch.

For reference, should anyone need it in the future, the key type is SILCA UNI6

Glad I helped somehow. If I'd ever come to Oxfordshire (or you to Croatia :)) I'd love to have a ride in the F40. Cheers mate!
