Out of historical interest - what happened to all those F40s that were modified in the early '90s to race both in the European GT and IMSA championships? I saw a famous blue one at Goodwood (ex Michel Ferte), and another red one with an alleged 1000 HP (!) came for sale on e-bay in Germany last year, but what about the others? Are they road-worthy or gathering dust in some forgotten garage?

More to the point - does anyone have a list of the chassis numbers of F40s that were modified for racing, and their current whereabouts?
