    When I owned Scalecars.com, I had 2 Ferrari F40 LM - Artsport 1/18th scale models made.

I used the best builder I could find ...a fellow by the name of Tom Walsh. I kept 1 of them for myself and ScaleCars.com has the other. It isnt on their website...and I think it is still there for sale.

Just a warning about the price...the Robustelli Trans Kit cost me $130.- back in 1993 when I bought it at Paulo Trons store in Modena...so the finished model is going to be expensive (btw - it is based on the bBurago 1/18)

I have seen this (2nd) model mentioned above in person, and believe me when I say it is absolutely *INCREDIBLE*. I only wish I'd purchased it when I lived in AZ, but my collection then was mostly inexpensive 1/18s, and I couldn't imagine dropping that kind of green on a model. Hindsight is always 20/20, isn't it!?

The japanese ones are definitely the best i've ever seen. I believe he sells his models on Japan Yahoo auction, but they are extremely pricey. I've also seen Hamann 360 and 355 done by him... they are all amazing!

That model looks incredible, I have never seen it anywhere before this.
I have that car in 1/43rd in the BBR series; but I would love to have that one to go with it.

I have a ton of photo's of # 74045 (the french blue Pilot car) in bits at a private facility of the owners. Unfortunately they are not mine, so I can't post them here.

The "IGOL" car in this thread is most probably # 90001. IVO73 took photo's of it in the Le Man's pits in 1995. These were posted under the 288/F40/F50 section I believe.
