F40 only parts.

Your first port of call should really be Maranello classic parts in the UK, they hold most of the old stock. Their website is ferrariparts.co.uk. Most of these resellers do not hold stock, they just get the parts from the above once an order is placed on them.

There is a company advertising on racecarsdirect.com that has a lot of old used cast off parts for the F40 and the site you mention could be theirs also.

Beware though, there is a well known scammer, well documented on here who claims to hold vast quantities of rare spares, that site could be one of his. He is based in Italy, this one seems to be in France and Italy.

 

I have been at the italian shop of F40only. He, Remy Hanot, has more spares on stock than his webpage suggests. He also had a lot of NLA stuff remanufactured to a quite high standard. So far, I have not bought from him.

 

Good buying experience for me, but availability not always as displayed on the website.

 

F40 only has an F40 chassis posted on site, they claim it to be an "unused original" no title. It has replica body panels on it also.

I must assume that to be an exaggerated description of them building a replica chassis/body on site and trying to sell it.

Can anyone confirm if claimed "unused" creature can exist?
