    When the F40 was new were all the USA seats the same or could you order in small, medium, or large. And if S,M,L - how do you tell what size you have?

    I don't own an f40 but most of the seats have a serial # on them and you can look in the parts list on ricambi web site and tell what size you have, but I could be wrong at least the newer cars you can.

    Drew, I think there were just 2 seat sizes for the USA F40 (big & small - I'm happy to be wrong here) but I will check with John Amette & advise because Ive no idea how to tell which is which other than the fact that some cars have seats that feel distinctly snugger than others.

    Can't find any information about different seat sizes for the F40 in the euro owners manual, but US F40 have different seats and the US owners manual mentions: "They can be supplied in 2 different sizes to fit the driver's build". That's all, not a single word about the different specifications.

    There is only one part number listed in the parts manual. One for the USA LHS and one for USA RHS.

    The reason I was asking is that I am not that big of a guy and they fit me pretty well. Just wondering if there was a larger size for bigger guys.
