This wing has the same shapes as the LM wing that was sold thru Tubi , but is no longer available.

    It works real well.

Installation is less than 15 minutes with no modifications to the stock body.

Looks great! What was the main reason for this change, performance or looks?

That looks great. Will the double sided sticky tape method still be used for the centerpiece?

Doesn't the aero start working at fairly high speeds? I've never had a chance to see it run hard - at what speed is it able to still spin the wheels?? Or did you maybe mean skidding, not spinning...

The slot gap and flap angle are not quite right. The tubi wing has an adjustable flap (angle), and the weave is quite a bit smaller. Workmanship looks good but it's not quite a good "copy". I am sure that the original Tubi wing had quite a bit of engineering behind it as well as wind tunnel time. Your copy is missing all of the important "details".

LOL! ryalex, when I saw your quoted post, I thought you edited the guys name to that. I was wrong, I can't believe that was his name! :D

zsnnf, it looks good, I like it. Can't go wrong with a nice CF wing on the F40. :)

Yeah, I forgot to say that is some hot shiesse there Rick. I was meaning to ask, why "Haus of Pizza" ?? Germans never struck me as being particularly inclined towards pizza-making. It's kind of like "Casa di Curry" or "Maison du Tacos."

The other wing on my car was one of the first Tubi wings. They are no longer available. That wing was clear coated for show. The consistency of the wing profile was pretty bad. This wing is a lot stronger and the quality is
    much better.

Without a rear wing, my car is able to spin the rear tires at 100 mph on the freeway. With this wing it will not spin them at 70mph. I don't have lap times to compare, but the rear of the car does stick much better in the corners. This wing was on Amirs F40 when he set the record at the Virginia City Hill climb. So I know it works.

Actually, I never said it was a "Copy". I said it has the same wing shapes. As I stated above, the Tubi wing we had as a sample was really pretty bad.
This first wing did not have the end plates drilled for adjustment. A new set that is adjustable is now fitted. There is also a Gurney flap available for maximum down force.
