F430 Cloudy / Hazy Rear Lights

Hi,

It would appear that the previous owner of my 2009 F430 Coupe stored it badly during their 9 year ownership. Amongst other things it has resulted in all four rear lights / tail lights becoming cloudy / hazy on the rearmost section of the lens (the bit that looks like it is pressed and bonded on to the rest of the assembly). Unfortunately the cloudiness is on the inner surface and attempts to separate it from the assembly have been unsuccessful so far.

Does anyone have any suggestions or am I just going to have to bite the bullet and buy replacement items? The studs are all fine so that is one thing in their favour.
