About to do my annual service. Anyone know the sizes of the copper washers for the engine and gearbox? 2 for the engine drains and 4 (I think) for the gearbox drain, filler and heat exchanger hose fitting.

Oil cooler hose looks like it has hydraulic type sealing washers. Can they be re-used? So only 4 copper washers.

The front engine oil drain is an M22, 4mm thick and 1.5mm deep. Two for the gearbox drain/fill are M22, 2mm thick and 1.5mm deep. However any M22 copper washer will suffice.

The rear engine drain is much bigger and I cannot recall the size. If you email me to remind me I'll measure one for you Monday.

The gearbox oil cooler lines do indeed use a bonded washer. These are mega money from Ferrari so I use ones from my local hydraulic supplies shop. I think they are M18 but can check if you wish. The only time I re-used a set they leaked so I always replace.

If they are alloy ones with a rubber center, they are called dowty seals. Used in hydraulics
