F430 Door Lock Keeps Cycling

Has anyone experienced or heard of this behavior?

(Please watch the video with volume turned on) I searched the forum and saw a few posts regarding the common door issues with 360's, nothing for 430 and I understand the mechanics are the same.

1. Checked to make sure - front hood, engine bay lid, gas cap and all doors are properly shut.
2. Started the car and made sure no errors on the dash.
3. Both outer door handles have the right amount of play..they are not loose, cable seems to be intact.
4. Central locking keeps cycling..lock/unlock, lock/unlock for a few times and then stops and stays unlocked.

Please help!!
