Had these 2 codes appear on my Ferrari f430 F1 . It’s just had a new clutch . Code. p1773 clutch beyond pis . And code P1774 clutch hydrolic failure . Car drives then selects neutral. Then selects 6th or 5th . I’ve bleed all systems and done a gearbox relearn , all seems ok till I drive it then has a mind of its own .any help/ideas would be much appreciated .

As noted in the other thread what is your pis setting ? This may not be the issue but then others can rule it out

Also you may get broader advice in the 430 section

Did you replace the F1 sensor(clutch position sensor) when doing the clutch?

they’re extremely temperamental and sensitive, to the point that whenever I do a clutch I alwwwways replace them!

No I didn’t , is there a way of testing it without removing the gearbox , also would it cause one of the fault codes that are flagging up. .p1773 /p1774

Your clutch position sensor will be your issue with PIS. I’d check that no wiring is trapped, plugs are all firmly clipped and what readings you’re getting via diagnostics in terms of PIS & hydraulic.

I would put my money on it being the sensor. When they go or have an issue it will cause all sorts of issues. With regards to the hydraulic pressure I’d personally focus on the pis fault first before moving onto that as that may be a ghost fault due to gears dropping out when driving etc.
