Has anyone experienced metal rattling at low RPM's and know what the fix is. Dealer thinks it's just tips (which are on order) and I'm not convinced. Any advice would be appreciated.

Please keep us informed about this. I'm interested to hear what happens if something needs attention under warranty.

Hello, I installed the Tubi GTC on my 06 430 Spider. They would have to really misalign the tips for them to make any contact with the body. On my system there are some shoulder bolts that attach the system to the main bracket that allow for thermal expansion. Maybe these are not tightened, or not engaged correctly? My system sometimes exhibits a slight rattle when cold, but this goes away within minutes.

Yes, I do notice that the rattle decreases as the engine gets warm, but I have be driving for about 15-20 minutes first. It never totally goes away.

I had a Tubi GTC on my F430 which rattles after using it for 2,700 km. I found out that the end pipes cracked at the v joint. I sent photos to Tubi thru the dealer and it was replaced by Tubi. The new end pipes had a bracket to make it stronger. No more problems until now.
