Dear Chatmates I had the pipes changed at dealer because of a campaign, after that I feel some vibration in the car at idle and also feels that at idle revs go a little up and down , during normal use all is normall, but that is extrange, do you know what could cause it? Which 'pipes' were changed? It sounds like an o2 sensor that is not properly seated at the connector or possibly even damaged.
I do not know of a F430 campaign which requires the change of exhaust pipes, only the exhaust brackets or exhaust tips which tend to break and vibrate. Is it possible that you might have something loose within the exhaust componets or a broken bracket or exhaust tip? Also, please reconfirm what was changed due to the campaign.........I am quite sure there is no compaign involving the change of exhaust pipes.
Thanks for your comments, I talked to the dealer today, he said he has recived 4 campaigns from Ferrari regarding brackets and exhaust tips as you correctly said, I have to go back tobn dealer to check all exhaust again.
